Seller Identity
Puzzly is published by Erisa Dajcaj. Purchases inside the app go through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google), which process the payment under their own terms.
Content Rules
Puzzly is for surprising someone you care about. You may not create or upload sexually explicit or violent content; hate speech, harassment or threats; illegal content, or other people's content without their permission; spam or scams. Anyone who receives a puzzle can report it, or block whoever sent it, from inside the app. We review every report: puzzles that break these rules are removed, and the accounts behind them may be suspended. Subscription Plans
Puzzly Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, bought inside the app. The app shows the price, and any free trial, before you subscribe.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. If you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
Good-Faith Use
By using Puzzly you agree to use the service in good faith: don't attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer it, and respect other users' privacy and content.
Your Content
You own the puzzles you create. You are responsible for what you put in them — do not include unlawful, hateful, or infringing material. Puzzles are shared via unguessable links; treat sensitive content accordingly.
Availability
Puzzly is provided 'as is', without warranty. The service may change, pause, or end, and individual puzzles may be removed if they violate these terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Puzzly is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in your country of residence.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be notified by email where required by law.
